Rooted in lived experience, rather than theory, this work challenges the assumption that longevity requires teaching more classes for less pay. Learn entrepreneurship without hustle culture, new revenue pathways, and leadership action.

Room C - Dynamic Sequencing Workshop. Covering families of poses and their effects on the physical and energetic body, allowing us to craft a more effective sequence in both pinnacle pose and maintenance classes.

Room A - Burnout Recovery. This lecture will outline the physiologic effects of chronic stress on the body, with a focus on the nervous and immune systems, gut, and endocrine organs. With the appreciation of the role of stress in health and disease, there will be a discussion on hustle culture and the importance of finding a new inner tempo and a healthier cultural norm.
